#45115 RE: porkypigg #45114

The DOJ is there to enforce the laws on the books. Sessions to me is not an issue and so far there have been no aggressive moves on legal states. Law makers need to change the law, period. A new DEA chief is possibly good because maybe he'll / she'll be less aggressive against marijuana and therefore can come before our law makers to let them know it really should not be a class one drug.. But again, that goes to law makers. In states the law makers are legalizing it, one by one. Now we need our federal law makers to do it as well. Unless an executive order is done by the president, we are at the will of congress. Sessions is there to enforce the law, like I stated, and like I said before has not done much of anything to restrict what is already done. I still foresee it being legal nation wide it really is just a matter of when. I think under Obama people thought it was going to get done, it wasn't, now they're disappointed. Let's see what happens.

Right now, between this crap with North Korea, Healthcare and Tax Reform/Cuts the feds are caught up right now. Not to mentions Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico all getting hit hard with hurricanes... We still have some law makers advocating for us, so the fight is still there. It's just a side note in the minds of the feds right now.

A new DEA chief is interesting though because the old one hated marijuana. So this is definitely something to pay attention too.

IMO, for GRNH, taking a step back, I am thinking of history possibly repeating itself. We might dip into the .03 range and stay within .03-.04 range until the big state of California goes recreational. This might level off until Jan and then take off... Maybe, no crystal ball but food for thought.. Plus if Haas starts making any money of past announced deals..

Anyways GL when and if you start another position pork.
