I got your reply, but you posted it on another board by accident. I can't advise on what you should do with your position here, as I am not an advisor.

BUT, the company cannot RS or sell shares until they go current. And it seems the toxic noteholders do not want RFMK to go anywhere, at least until they run out of shares - who knows when or if that will ever happen. You'll have to stay tuned until someone wants to run this stock, or if the company releases an update.
