Everything you just mentioned should come with scale. (Higher ROI and lower capex- most of their costs are fixed) And your 9 months comment is speculative.
Their in store revenue growth has been astronomical it's just a matter of opening up more stores, which they have been doing.
I just don't see anything in your response that shows a change of leadership is needed. Q3 numbers should help support this.
