need to go national - and have a much more aggressive lower capex and higher ROI program that leverages brand identity. by middle to end of 2018 there will be a federal deal in place and when that happens these indie shops won't get the traffic. they have a 9 month window to blow the doors off of distribution before a national deal makes it legal to sell in wal-mart
