I truly believe Dr. TC is right on target and will have mission success with Brava as well! My communication with him, while no insider info was provided, but confirmed my assessment about the honorable man! ;-)
I don't see Brava acquiring SFT, just wanted to point out my thoughts for User Authentication requirements. NIST and PCI standards have been updated to use OOB/MFA for User Authentications.
