4000 shareholders is a lot for a pinky! That fully explains why the stock bottoms out in the upper .02's. Gonna be very difficult to crack that lower like you want! The float is pretty tight on this still.

It's simply a process that takes time and cannot be rushed through.
To speculate which nationality purchases the most shares is not necessary because each share is valued the same regardless of where you live. But, I can say that this American and the Chinese in my house both own a LOT of shares and are waiting patiently.
