Dwyer did exactly what he said he was going to do. He said if access to OTC wasn't available by close of 9/12 then he'd provide a link to the filings. That's exactly what he did. Now we just wait for OTC to do their part. Very bullish.

it wasn't him that disappointed, it was retail who didn't let it breathe at .0004 that kept on stacking the ask at opening bell.
