I feel your pain - some sort of acknowledgement by the company would certainly be nice. Everyone bombarding them with phone calls and emails would likely be ineffective. I've half thought about posting an open letter to Arrayit management on some public forum but i'm sure it would fall on deaf ears.
At some point a year or so back, there was an online petition circulating about removing the CEO or something - i can try to dig that up.
IMO it is by design that they will not file financials until after the Iconic convertible loan lawsuit is resolved. Trial is scheduled for October 27 in San Diego Superior court.
