The difference is in the subject of conversation..... company vs other Ihub posters.
Company/stock = "on topic"
Other Ihub posters = "off topic"

On all stock boards, the "on topic" subject is company, stock, industry. Everything else may be deemed "off topic".

Calling other members cheerleaders is also off topic.
