Click on it. You'll now get a 404 error message.

At the homepage for the site, they still show their little diamond coins, and they say the site is under construction, and will be coming on 6 September.

No doubt that's what you saw. But it IS the 6th, and there's no redesigned site. Did they mean the message on the homepage is from today?
