I'm just confused. Why wouldn't they hold the meeting to vote on the known action items? How does the proxy voting center and TD Ameritrade, etc know of the new date if the shareholders haven't been informed? Many questions on this...
Obviously, I hope this story plays out. I just don't know enough to know what to expect during this period and what is normal versus abnormal. I mean is this normal for a company to change the special stakeholder meeting date the day prior (without notifying shareholders) and what are all the different reasons where this is unavoidable. I don't know. :(
