I agree, Janice. But, this could only be done on a contingency basis anyway. Doubt anyone here wants to shell out the funds, and that's if they could find a legal firm to take it on an hourly arrangement (I forget what they call that).

Suit, at a minimum, would be against Pinedo, board, other management that committed/participated in fraud, the CPA firm (deep pockets), Transfer Agent (deep pockets), and some sideline suspects (deep pockets) yet to be named.

well technically, you could easily file suit in federal court for about $300 bucks. Given that you dont care about winning the case you dont need a lawyer. you file the rather simple paperwork get it started and subpoena the transfer agent for information important to the case during discovery. you dont even have to list them as a co defendant. Once you gain access to the information you can always drop the suit and say "oh well i guess we didnt have a leg to stand on here". Or... just be a baller and try going all the way without an expensive lawyer lol. wouldn't that be fun / amazing if you actually won.
