Toxic Avenger: I know guys, years ago, that shorted companies, bot a private placement to deliver, and got in trouble. How can he do that? Or is it because the stock he gets is already registered?
They are continuing as planed Nothing new. CEO also said once its done No more offering.it might take a week more. It seems, they are trying to complete it at higher price. As long as share price not reaching a buck, No R/S . Once its done expect share price to pass at least its EBV. Past week gains say it all, smart investors already start buying smell the end of 2 yrs.offering. hope the best for all ( longs & shorts).
