Looking at the prior O/S, current O/S, the number of shares traded between when the prior and current were reported (over 11.9B), assuming the standard number of shares sold during periods of higher volume are 20 to 25 percent of volume, the total toxic debt of $748K, if all that toxic debt were converted during that time is more than sufficient to have converted and sold all toxic debt during that time. So I agree, all the toxic debt probably has been converted and sold.
But the huge float here could be a problem.
