Are we not expecting some financials to be released in the next month? MF stated in an interview that there were several hundred thousand dollars worth of tenant deposits that could not be reported until this quarter. In my perception of the company, trying very hard not to be naive, I would say the company waited to report financials until this quarter because the real estate portion of the company is the most crucial revenue stream for agritek.

I see what you mean with mediswipe but that company did kind of end up getting fucked by the banks on that one. I think he's just been looking for his good idea niche for a while with marijuana and he should be executing on line with county cultivation codes. Whether or not it will happen we absolutely don't know. Only that it should, so keep your positions small.

Great questions. I'd agree most posts here are simply cheerleaders adding nothing. I'm fairly new here and heavily invested. I'd like to see some real news come out on these 100 acres that are owned, zoned, ready for production, ect.

One thing though that may be in his favor is the listing on this OTCQB exchange. They do have some fairly stringent requirements and can be viewed here -

Also the EDGAR SEC filings certainly look legit.

I don't know anything about the news releases and what service he uses. Could it be that 6 am is just the time their computer kicks it out?

Anyway, it would be great to see you post more often as you seem to be doing the research we all need to be doing and sharing.

I did a search for Agritek on the site but I don't see them. Actually I don't find any company that they do business with listed on their site. Maybe there is a reason for this. I don't know but Woahstork's site is fully up and running.
