How about all the MMEX naked shorting? It's sub-penny because of the CDEL and the naked shorting or it would be way in multiple pennies by now. Have all the time in the world to wait for this to play out. Shorts don't. Multiple SEC and FINRA claims filed past 5 days against naked short sellers. Trades are being monitored.
