Permits - I can give you that one. Local planning boards all think they are Caesars and are as slow as snails in granting approvals.

Company said permitting was also a cause- they are having slow down from utilities and govt they said that are purposely slowing down the process...

Politics- right ah those regulations, They slow everything down.


Weather - I don't recall any claims from the company that weather was a factor the last half of the year. But weather is weather it is so unpredictable, it could have had some impact.
