Thanks for the post.

I hope they realize the concern of the shareholders is further dilution and the dreaded reverse split. This could be a great product once it eventually launches in Production mode.

The problem is if we don't see stellar PRs and a successful launch very shortly, the price could fall off a cliff, make it more difficult to raise additional funds without massively spiking the AS, OS, and float through more toxic funding, and ultimately result in another MJTKD ticker.

Let's hope they are on track for a phenomenal launch of Citizens Toke and some substantive updates ASAP.

This is very good news, and thank you for posting this. Definitely reaffirms my beliefs that CannaSys will be a household name one day and that they are building towards something established and complete.

I think several months from now we'll be able to look back and appreciate how cheap the shares are now. :)

If they are profitable as they claim they will be almost immediately, there should be two issues on their mind going forward. With over a billion shares outstanding, they should not have to issue any more shares going forward. As evidenced by the ungagged TA, the OS hasn't changed in weeks. So issue number one is so far, so good. Now, for issue number two, that would be to have the intention to retire/buy back shares as they should recognize 1 billion shares is too high. It creates a lot of shenanigans by shorters. Therefore, because of its value, profitability and to make this a respectable stock, they need to bring down the O/S. This would cause the share price to bust out to unstoppable highs that shorters will not be able to recover from. Just my thoughts on what should be a no-brainer stock if all they are saying is legitimate. We shall see.
