They decided not to sell those shares because they won't make squat off them, not because they care about investors... although that's a convenient excuse. NXTD filled to register those shares with the expectation that the Logicmark revs would boost the share price and keep it there. Unfortunately for Gino and friends, Mr. Market wasn't convinced.
