SPOM filed to suspend it's SEC reporting obligations in 2015---some brokers use the last SEC filing as their data source---in this case, the last 10Q filed had the isssued and outstanding at ~7M shares...

if you look at OTCmarkets, where they now "file", there are ~685M shares out as of Sept 30, 2016:
