With the upcoming deal closing with ASG Entertainment how do you read the share dilution that will bring? The shareholders of ASGE are to get an equivalent ratio of HWAL shares transferred from a ASGE share value of $.75 per share. At today's HWAL value that's a trade of 75 HWAL shares for each ASGE share. No one knows how many shares of ASGE are out since they are not a public traded company. In addition they will be bringing value to HWAL as they have assets, movies being promoted and television series for family viewing. This is necessary to grow the long term value of HWAL but could prove interesting in the short term. The anticipated closing with ASGE is by the end of this year and the ASGE board has already transferred over into leadership roles with HWAL. Happy trading all. And yes I'm sitting on about 500000 shares of HWAL.

Company is trading at same level as before the 77:1 split in 2015. Last few months they diluted a lot more shares than just the Blackridge 9 million. Last Q says company had 31k revenues (down from 1.1 million) and made 2.7 million net loss.
