Fantastic, spot on due diligence.

AZFL is a fraud set up by a convicted fraudster, who apparently has zero regard for being banned from the markets for life by the SEC for his prior fraud WOOD, which ironically is the same scam as AZFL.

I guess people think the feds are asleep at the wheel.....
