43-101 style reporting requirements being proposed for US companies:

I particularly like the proposed requirements to require technical reports for "material" exploration data, even geochem sampling (not just drilling). No more promoting a project to investors without disclosing data in a credible technical format.

The thing I don't like.....allowing the qualified person to be in-house.
