Doesn't matter. They probably get rid of all the stocks that only have like 50 investors consisting of a majority of ihub users IMO. The deal with the AS being 400 mil OR 1.6 billion is kinda not even the right question. The outstanding shares post split will be 8 million. Afterwards the Authorized share will be 400 million or 1.6 billion.(Either one is not an AS decrease, it is an AS increase.... In order for it to just be the same it would have to be a 8 million AS post split) Anything above 8 million AS post split is an increase. The stock price and Outstanding shares will both be rolled back but not the AS or even if theres a 4 to 1 rollback to make AS 400 million its still and increase Either way that is 50 times or 200 times the amount of shares that will be outstanding post split, because 8 million times 50 equals 400 mil and 8 mill times 200 equals 1.6 billion. That means if you owned all 1.6 billion, right now presplit, post split you would own 8 million shares or the whole OS. If after that point they max out the only 400 million AS option you would own only 2 percent of the company now not 100 percent, and if AS remains at 1.6 billion post split and you owned all 1.6 billion presplit then after split if they used all AS and maxed it out you woukd own less that 1 percent. The question is will they max out the AS again post split to even 400 million? To answer that you have to ask yourself two questions. Have they always maxed out the AS in a matter of months in the past AND if they don't need to increase OS and dilute then why increase AS  to 400 million post split? That's not to even mention if it maintains at 1.6 billion. Either way if they use all 400 million or all 1.6 billion post split, you would be completely wiped out the only difference is 400 mill would leave you a couple pennies and 1.6 billion would leave you a half a penny. And that's how's rs gets all your money and makes it evaporate and the new investors keep coming in and buying the new shares and the company never stops making money. Not really my opinion. All facts.
