Speaking of MD Energy warrants.

Remember those days when Solar3d had 3 subsidiaries, Sunworks, MD Energy and Elite Solar.

Today the only one left standing is a bigger Sunworks.

Which was founded in 1983 and whose operational management, up to 2013, only grew the business to 8.5 million dollar in revenue after 30 years of operation.

In all seriousness what is there for us to believe the next 30 years will be any better percentage of growth with the same management running the operational side of the business.
