Canadian federal corporation VersAi, Inc. (“VersAi” or “the company”) would like to announce that it has recently engaged with London Capital Associates Ltd (LCA) as the company’s listing specialist. This engagement marks the company’s first step in facilitating the company’s listing application for the National Stock Exchange of Australia (“NSX” or “the exchange”).
"Engaging with LCA is an important first step for VersAi in ensuring our company’s listing application is completed to NSX standards and ready for the review stage by an exchange approved Nominated Adviser (NOMAD), prior to submission to the NSX,” said Mr. Woodrow C. Young, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “Our reason for listing VersAi is to debut our Canadian and American developed cloud security technology as a resource to our future ICT security providers worldwide, starting in Australia and thereafter expanding in Europe."
