Could communicating with judge steele about GSEs have the potential to cause him to have to recuse himself because of something he once said on the topic of GSEs and White House? I assume what he said isn't weighty enough to cause any problems, and that he would be smart enough not to cause himself any problems by saying anything that would be cause for a complaint. But i'm just throwing that question out there only because i wondered; how far can a judge like that go in answering with any level of detail before it causes the defense attorneys to have a legitimate complaint?

I retract my question. I had Steele confused with the presiding Federal judge in Delaware. I forget his name at the moment. Similar names though, if I recall correctly.
