Why do you say it is not possible?

There are two reasons I can think of:

First, individuals not having the backbone to adhere to the strategy.

Second, when the pot get big, just the purchase or sale of a stock may drastically affect the price.

The first is an individual challenge that people have to deal with, while the second may have to be address by splitting the purchase between a group of stocks.

Instead of just posting a negative "opinion," why don't you tell us exactly why it's impossible?

I'm more of a documentation kind of person that puts very little thought into someone's "word."
