One of my goals (of my recent trip) was to convince Keith to allow the TA to release share structure. While he gave bonafide reasons for the gagged TA, I gave just as good, if not better reasons, for 'ungagging' him.
While the o/s may grow, so will the company. Keith has BIG plans, primarily in Woodson Co. for the time being.
Unfortunately, shares must be issued FIRST, before the growth can follow. If it were not for the dilution-screaming yingyangs, I am sure the TA's info would already be available to all, already, and/or have been, all along.
