most the time after hour trades are dilution.....dont think that is the case with this stock thou

i've called my broker and talked to them about this at length. i've also talked to DR. what my broker says squares with what DR has said. this is institutional buying, based on what i've heard.

They are Form-T trades. Normaly they are trades made from one MM to another MM. In most cases it is to cover an imbalance.
