One trademark Lawsuit might even invite others in.. Say if AirBus the French International Trademark Holder of the Term A380 decides to challenge Zap Jonways or Jonways Group use of the term A380 as well. They could Bankrupt this company in 1 year with legal fees. After all this company is registered in America and is subject to the US Legal system and can be fined here as well. Going to let some smart lawyers find out about this? They love to make money off of uninformed decisions by management. Bet you the French Government nor Airbus Legal knows this company is using this term.. go market your car in France or a French held country and see how long it survives..
