On4 will now begin to look for additional compatible merger and acquisition opportunities in the wireless and online payment sectors. On4 management believes that the rapid growth of Software for processing payments on the internet has led to a highly fragmented industry and there are merger and acquisition opportunities with companies which have compatible platforms and technologies.
