The Company will initially build fish nurseries to raise Tilapia then expand to include yellow perch, largemouth bass, striped bass, red drum, blue gills, Australian red-claw crayfish, and fresh water lobster.

Where are the nurseries? They must be built per the P/R.

Embarr Downs Inc. (EMBR - OTCBB), announced today that the Company has begun testing its new cannabis product "Hemp Fish Water". The Company expects to begin selling the product in the next 45-60 days.

Do they have a lab set up? A packaging plant and a distribution network?
Will it be sold in liquid form or will they dehydrate it and sell as powder? How many customers are lined up?
