With all these fluff PRs, it seems they are trying to bide time until the lawsuit pans out. They tried to raise capital recently, but may not have the finances for a massive product rollout without significant stock dilution and they are hoping for a positive ruling for the lawsuit to help with the funding. Hoping I am wrong. Because if that is the case and they get another negative ruling, then would hate to see what happens to the share price. Full disclosure...long 20k shares.
