Money for small public companies does not grow on trees. Most all OTC stocks have debt holders in one fashion or another. It could be a deferred salary, notes, loans, or other things. Clean shell in OTC land????????? Needle in a hay stack. Even if one is clean for ten years then there is always the homeless man that walks in the front door that found a shoe box of conv pref shares behind a dumpster after a midnight snack. Way it goes.
