Most of them at least pretend to have a business model of some kind. BIPH is simply a mafia-controlled shell that went dark years ago.
Why does it suddenly pique such interest and attention from out of the blue when the company itself is completely silent (in all public forums, at least)?
I'm sure I'm not the only party who might want to know. FINRA and SEC might also be interested.
