With zero stock issued this happens:

^^ After over a year of negotiations, time and money spent arranging financing and a fair amount of expense tallied on due diligence and other costs, the loss of that project stings a little.^^

We all know this isn't the first attempted deal that tanked.

How can anyone honestly say issuing my shares is going to stop deals? Maybe Lee should take a good long look in the mirror.
