It certainly seems that there was some preloading by those in the know prior to today's run, and doubtless there will be the usual dumping before the imminent collapse.

But as far as the fundamentals go, the fact is that BIPH is a scam stock controlled by organized criminals with no business plan except to steal their victims' money.
