None that I know of at this point. Nevada has the only producing lithium mines in the United States and Musk already said he wants to buy American. Building the battery with as low a cost as possible should mean building the factory in Nevada if you consider the proximity to the mines, his solar company, and the freemont Tesla plant.

There are a couple of Lithium companies operating out of Nevada. Supposedly, the new CEO of the penny stock AMEL is a friend of Musk's. I haven't seen any news verifying that and AMEL hasn't released a pr about the new CEO as of yet; basically, it is all speculation until news is released so take it for what it's worth.

I own shares of AMEL due to what I stated in the first paragraph. Amel is fully reporting, and could easily be bought out. In any case, the stock will benefit greatly if Tesla goes to Nevada with the factory. It's a gamble, but Nevada seems like the best choice so check out the company operating out of the state.
