My strange feeling says Company Delays Annual Report for the 3rd straight year. Has had multiple CFO's leave this company recently. One recently had been with company for past 5 years but left when these 2 shell companies he was supposed to report on. This Zap Jonway has Multiple PAST DUE Loans extended for the 3rd time.The Zap Jonway License is set to EXPIRE in the PRC in 2014. Doesn't have the Factory to produce the eV vehicles it advertises everywhere. Borrows the name of other Companies products and says they are made by them. Doesn't have an up 2 date website and puts out fake press releases often. Then has a 20 year history of NOT producing the cars it says it aims to produce is more then likely a <<SCAM>> Including having an existing order since 2010 for 200 eV's that it couldn't produce for the past 3 years.

No eV Alias produced. took deposits in 2010.

No ZAPX ever produced.

No RotoBlock produced.

No Oblvio ever produced.

All had Press releases though; All were 'claimed' by this company to be headed for limited production. One thing common with these press releases..Millions of stock has been traded and this company kicked off 5 (five) American Stock Exchanges. Very few up and rising companies act this way..
