IMO they made the right choice and actively filed the Form 10 and the 10Ks. Next will be the form 211 and a response to the SEC comments. Better than waiting for 12 10Qs and easier to file just an audited 10K to meet the requirements. The missing 10Qs from 2013 were already included in the form 10, but of course you probably did not look at it. I have been waiting for this uplisting to occur since 2011. I will enjoy the day whether ugly or positive as its a step in the right direction what we have all been waiting for.
You all knew they were delinquent with their filings because the past CEO John Fairweather. They did not get the paperwork in order until last year because he held the files. Forensic accounting takes time. You think it is fast like in the movies ohh its done, been an hour, no problem. You all knew this stock could be halted at any time. All pink sheet delinquents are at risk of being halted by the SEC particularly those more than 3 years behind.
They at least filed their 2010, 2011 and 2012, 10Ks and now filed a form 10. When they remerge it will be a OTCBB again which has not happened since 2010. Way better than the gray sheets and losing 90% additional value.
