I don't know for sure but i
have positions in ENB,trp,ENY
and VLO and of course lstmf.
A keystone approval would be
almost impossible to keep quiet.
Maybe the stocks are sniffing
it out...we'll see.

The canadian dollar has been moving
up as well the past few days and like
you mentioned oil prices are appreciating
Maybe a combination of factors are at play.
