The NOLs were the one haunting question I had as I watched
the clock ticking. Otherwise, I have the patience required for
the best results and that is the case with this understanding.

Questions on CPRKQ NOLs:

1. Do the NOL values depreciate annually whether utilized or not?

No, value stays the same

2. Do we still have the full NOL value as originally issued?

Yes at the moment they are around 78 million, this will go up or down as more years taxes are completed.

3. How much longer do we have to take advantage of the NOLs?

They are good for 20 years from the year incurred.
