Sub $1 w/o financial statements?

If I was a customer or a potential I would be concerned doing business with a company that was trading below a dollar and wasn't able to publish their financial performance with in 90 days. How can you do a good job for a client if you can't even manage your own house?

"The Company intends to continue to have its financial statements audited annually by an independent accounting firm and to communicate with its shareholders through its website and periodic press releases."
