Book value lined up with the timeline announcements

I have been bashed before for the fundamental analysis, but thought I would give a go at uploading my back of the envelope in terms of the timeline released. There are too many assumptions to mention, but based on a multiple of Book Value (or liquidation value) see the below linked charts for PPS estimates.
