Also that cash number is from 3 months ago

In real time they should be approaching $3M in cash if quarters are remaining consistent which seems likely since backlog is remaining steady

Seems like a leveraged buyout to secure cash and $1.5M in annual profits would be possible - imagine what an aggressive management team could do
