The filings from back then clearly show that it was the debt holders that converted and dumped. The CEO never dumped and probably had no choice but to watch it all far apart. Kind of a shame as I thought the Ecokids deal was just about to come together. Looked to me like one debt holder started converting and dumping. Then a chain reaction with the other debt holders followed.
