Innovative Food Holdings Inc (IVFH)

I am long IVFH, as are many on this board, I think.

Very difficult to offer advice to you if you're worried about a price drop tomorrow, at the end of the week, etc...

Long-term, IVFH is positioned to do very well. Today's conference call is another indicator of Sam's increasing willingness to engage shareholder dialogue. This is always a positive, and a particular positive for IVFH given the limited communications in the past.

IVFH is becoming a formidable player in this specialty/organic food space. Many other institutional investors have suggested a long-term pt of $7-10. I believe this to be a reasonable prognostication. There is likely to be much evolution and consolidation in this space, too, so IVFH could possibly be a takeover target at some point or could engage in a very profitable partnership with broadline distributors or retailers. IVFH subsidiaries are poised to become significant contributors, as well.
