It looks like someone is trying to selling 30k at .285. According to Level 2, it looks like there is .285 and .29 on the ask, then the next ask price shoots all the way to .39 & .444. Meanwhile, there is tons of bid support-- .26, .252, .25, .2401, .22, .21.

Just a matter of time before we roll higher IMO.

An audit for two years for a company of this size should only take a month or so... especially considering their accounting is straightforward & balance sheet is easy to validate. N it should also only cost them around 100k.

This news is extremely positive because this is step 1 of them re-filing with the SEC and uplisting to the OTCBB.
