Yes, I was expecting this...OF COURSE they didn't bother to pay the money back directly...

Actually, the company that is using FROZ as a shell, seems to be a decent company...
Yet if that is true; then WHY is the HOGWASH in full force???
(we can thank the deal between FROZ and APT for this HOPE of getting CBAI's money back...I doubt Schissler EVER would have returned it otherwise!!!)

I expect a chart similar to CBAI's in the end...
but maybe I'm just to cynical.
